## Description

Nutripaeds is a South Africa-based resource for families seeking practical nutritional information and support for babies, children and teenagers. Founded by dietitian Kath Megaw, the brand aims to make paediatric and child nutrition approachable, offering a place for caregivers to share experiences, ask questions and learn about developments in the field. Its services include collaborative consultations involving the dietitian, caregiver and child, as well as talks and webinars for small groups, larger audiences and online participants. Nutripaeds also shares educational writing, including articles, books and publications that explain complex nutrition topics in useful, accessible ways. Online courses are available to educate parents and teens, and the site provides guidance on nutrition through different life stages, from pregnancy and premature babies to toddlers, school-age children and teenagers. Additional resources address topics such as allergies, diabetes, epilepsy, ADHD, picky eating and weaning, alongside recipes and books. Nutripaeds has also partnered with Food24, Meg Faure and Kath Megaw to provide baby nutrition and parenting resources for South African parents.
