## Description

Nuumath is a math tutoring brand founded by Michael Marchesan, who began tutoring in 2010 and established the business in 2014 after earning a B.S. in Civil Engineering from CSUN. With more than 15 years of experience, Michael provides personalized instruction designed to make mathematics understandable and help students build skills and confidence. Tutoring is available online, using webcam and tablet-based tools, and in person, with flexible scheduling and sessions tailored to each student’s learning style and pace. Nuumath supports learners from elementary school through college-level mathematics, including arithmetic, Algebra I and II, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calculus, and AP Calculus. Services include one-on-one tutoring, detailed notes after sessions, progress tracking, and a free initial consultation. Nuumath also describes A-G-approved high school math classes for students at affiliated California charter schools as coming in Fall 2026, with curriculum support, small classes, and regular progress reports. Its approach combines technical subject knowledge with structured, encouraging instruction to help students work toward their academic goals.
