Ton Brouwer is an independent research expert and senior GIS and environmental model architect based in the Netherlands. Through Gispoint, he develops and provides solutions for understanding nitrogen emissions and deposition, helping government bodies, agricultural stakeholders and nature organisations assess the effects of policy and practical measures. Brouwer designed Nviro, a high-speed calculation model built to support detailed, interactive nitrogen scenario analysis.
