A community of property owners located in the iconic Vallecas neighborhood has been awarded an unprecedented grant of nearly 213,000 euros, covering 80% of the project's costs.

These funds were provided by the European Next Generation Fund. The renovation project encompasses thermal insulation for facades and roofs, as well as asbestos removal.
