## Description

NX Atomics is pioneering the future of energy with its innovative 5th generation small modular reactor (SMR) known as VELA. This advanced reactor is engineered to provide clean, stable baseload power at an unprecedented cost of under $20 per megawatt-hour, making it ideal for data centers, heavy industries, and enhancing grid stability. As global electricity demand projects to double by 2050, NX Atomics offers a compelling solution to the energy crisis, focusing on modular, scalable, and cost-effective energy solutions.

The VELA reactor utilizes a unique liquid fuel and liquid lead coolant design, emphasizing affordability and operational simplicity. With a remarkable availability rate of 99%, VELA is tailored for industrial operations and hyperscale data centers, providing consistent and reliable energy. It also supports diverse applications, ranging from decarbonizing heavy industries like steel and cement to optimizing hydrogen production and stabilizing renewable energy systems. Committed to U.S.
