## Description

The New York Association of Convenience Stores (NYACS) is a member-driven trade organization representing New York State’s diverse community of neighborhood convenience stores. It works to support a favorable business environment and deliver practical value to retailers and industry partners through information, advocacy, business resources, and opportunities to connect.

NYACS provides a unified voice on legislative and regulatory issues affecting convenience stores, with coverage of topics such as tobacco retailing, motor fuel taxation, and food and beverage retailing. Its resources include industry news, a member toolbox, an industry calendar, scholarships, online training, and compliance guidance. Members can also access workplace safety and workers’ compensation resources, as well as energy programs through Constellation and Mirabito.

The association offers retail and associate memberships, member rosters, and NYACS NextGen, while its trade show and convention bring the industry together. NYACS also shares updates on policy developments and encourages members to engage with lawmakers.
