## Description

Nyborg Taekwondo Klub is a martial arts club in Nyborg, Denmark, welcoming people who want to try taekwondo and develop their skills in a friendly training environment. The club offers free trial training, giving newcomers an opportunity to meet the group and take part before deciding whether to join. Its sessions focus on personal development, learning martial arts and enjoying training together.

Training covers taekwondo techniques and practice exercises, alongside self-defence based on the techniques of the martial art. Participants work through realistic exercises for responding to physical attacks. The club also holds sparring sessions, both with and without protective equipment, following the sport’s rules for fighting techniques.

Sessions are scheduled separately for adults and young people, and for younger children. Training takes place at Birkhovedskolen’s gymnasiums on Svanedamsgade in Nyborg, on Mondays and Wednesdays. Prospective members can contact the club by phone or email for information, and the club also directs visitors to Facebook for news and updates.
