When you file a service request with NYC311, we immediately send it to the appropriate agency responsible for resolving it. Throughout the process, you'll receive updates on the status of your request, ensuring transparency and accountability. Once the agency addresses your complaint or request, they will close the service request and provide details on how it was resolved.
