## Description

NYC Mesh is a community-driven brand dedicated to bridging the digital divide and ensuring high-speed, reliable internet access for all New Yorkers. With a diverse group of passionate volunteers, they work tirelessly to extend internet connectivity to areas that are underserved. By joining their community network, individuals can gain access to reliable internet and contribute to the cause. NYC Mesh offers various services to connect people and buildings. They can connect individual apartments by placing antennas on building roofs and running cables directly to the apartments. Additionally, they provide fiber connections for entire buildings, with speeds of up to 10 gigabits or more. For larger projects, NYC Mesh collaborates with organizations like NYCHA and HPD. As a neutral network, NYC Mesh respects user privacy and does not monitor, collect, store, or block any user data or content. They encourage network participants to extend the network to others, fostering a community-driven approach. You can support NYC Mesh by getting connected, volunteering to connect neighbors, contributing to their infrastructure improvement through donations, or helping to expand the network. Together, we can bridge the digital divide and provide reliable internet access for all New Yorkers.
