## Description

The National Youth Science Academy (NYSAcademy) is a renowned nonprofit organization established in 1983. Dedicated to providing STEM-focused programs, NYSAcademy offers a range of opportunities for students from across the country and around the world. One of their flagship programs is the National Youth Science Camp, which takes place over four weeks in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia. This camp brings together some of the brightest students in the country and pairs them with top-notch scientists for lectures and outdoor adventures. Beyond the camp, NYSAcademy also offers various other programs, including the BRITE Challenge, STEAM Adventure Day Camps, and the Youth Science Leadership Institute. These programs aim to inspire, mentor, challenge, and motivate students in the fields of science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and related professions. By fostering communities among students, teachers, and professionals, NYSAcademy complements and enhances traditional school curriculums, ultimately preparing students for successful careers in STEM. With their proven educational model and commitment to lifelong engagement, NYSAcademy continues to make a positive impact on the future of STEM education.
