Located throughout the east valley Arizona, Oakwood Creative Care's day clubs offer expert support for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, or stroke. Oakwood Creative Care also has a Dementia Hub that provides various family support services, including Memory Cafés, support groups, and dementia coaching sessions.
