Oasis Legal Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive and trauma-informed legal immigration services to underserved low-income groups, with a special focus on the LGBTQIA+ community. With over 35 years of combined experience in immigration legal services for LGBTQIA+ immigrants, Oasis offers assistance with asylum, residency, naturalization, VAWA, and family petitions. They have successfully helped over 2,000 LGBTQIA+ immigrants navigate immigration relief and benefits.

In addition to direct legal representation, Oasis also provides limited case management support and psychotherapy to their clients. Oasis proudly partners with educational institutions nationwide to support the development of future legal and social work professionals.
