Obiter Dictum is an ideal student organization by and for law students. Our goal is to simplify and systemize the learning of law through articles, previous exam answers, courses, seminars, and more! We provide a wide range of services to law students, including legal articles and exam answers written by students, seminars, and courses. Our self-written articles aim to convey legal concepts in a simple and systematic manner. We prioritize supplementing these articles with examples, illustrations, and diagrams to enhance understanding. We also ensure the quality of our articles by including relevant sources, footnotes, APA citations, and a complete bibliography. Additionally, we offer comprehensive case law registers for each legal topic, focusing on landmark decisions by the Supreme Court and sometimes appellate court decisions. We also organize seminars, courses, lectures, and social events to facilitate learning and interaction among students, professors, lawyers, and members of our organization.
