Page home » About How it all started My partner Michal and I wanted to rent an apartment in Tel Aviv, and for the first time in my life, I was required to provide a bank guarantee for tenants. I called my bank, and they asked me to lock a deposit in cash for 3 months of rent, an annual fee, and establishment fees. And they added: Come to the branch, fill out forms, and sign. At that moment, I realized that the thousands of shekels the bank demanded from me would never be seen again (unless we left the rented apartment and lived on the street). But I had no choice. Turns out I did have a choice: to change the situation! That same week, I decided to revolutionize the terms of rental guarantees. I created a guarantee that does not force people like me to part with their money, a digital guarantee that respects the time of its customers and caters to students, young couples, families, and independent individuals.
