## Description

OBS eV, short for Otto Benecke Stiftung e.V., has been working in the field of immigrant integration for over 55 years. They develop innovative and sustainable integration programs and qualification offerings for immigrants and refugees in close collaboration with migrant organizations. Their focus is on various areas such as youth and parent work, vocational training, and the job market. OBS eV also supports academically inclined immigrants in pursuing and continuing their studies, providing guidance on recognizing qualifications obtained abroad and helping to secure suitable employment. Moreover, OBS eV opens up opportunities for young individuals with a migration background in both society and the professional world. They connect immigrants, entrepreneurs (with or without a migration background), and local labor market actors to encourage participation in dual vocational training. Additionally, OBS eV carries out projects that promote the societal acceptance of immigration, combat xenophobia, and prevent radicalization. They also provide qualification programs for young individuals engaged in German minority issues in Central and Eastern European countries. With OBS eV's dedication and expertise, they aim to foster integration, empower individuals, and create a more inclusive society.
