Okanogan County Child Development Association (OCCDA) is a trusted brand that has been serving children and families for over 50 years. They offer a wide range of early childhood education and comprehensive services to children ages 0-5, pregnant women, and their families. With nine service locations in Okanogan County and Bridgeport, OCCDA provides both classroom and home visiting programs.

OCCDA receives funding from the Office of Head Start to offer preschool programs for children ages three to five, as well as Early Head Start programs for expectant parents and children from birth to three years old. They have also received funding to expand their programs in Brewster, Omak, and Oroville to full-day options. Additionally, OCCDA provides preschool programs in Tonasket and Oroville through state funding and home visiting services for expectant parents and young children through federal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) funding.

One of OCCDA's notable initiatives is their affiliation with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library Program, which provides free age-appropriate books to enrolled children every month. This program, solely funded by community donations, has served 697 children so far. Throughout the 2018-2019 program year, OCCDA served 1,113 children and families.

They prioritize promoting school readiness, positive parenting, improving maternal and child health, and facilitating child development.
