Ocean Eyes is a brand founded by Michael and Christine during the Covid-19 Pandemic. As New Zealand went into lockdown, we found ourselves spending our days working and our nights watching Netflix and gaming. With limited outdoor movement, we noticed that our screen time was increasing, leading to symptoms of digital eye strain and migraines.

That's when we discovered the benefits of blue light blocking lenses. After trying them out, we immediately noticed a difference. Our use of eye drops and pain relievers decreased, and we felt less fatigued during long screen sessions.

We even wore our glasses while watching TV at night and experienced improved sleep. At Ocean Eyes, our mission is to promote eye health and raise awareness about the impact of digital screens on our well-being. We also care deeply about the environment and donate 10% of our proceeds to The Ocean Cleanup to combat plastic pollution in our oceans.
