## Description

Ocean Grove Midwifery Collective is a midwifery practice serving Campbell River, British Columbia. Its care is provided by registered midwives who are members of the BC College of Nurses and Midwives. The practice supports families through key stages of maternity care, with information and resources covering pregnancy, labour and birth, postpartum recovery, newborn care, feeding, and mental health.

Located in the lower level of Alder Medical Clinic at 277 Evergreen Road, the collective offers appointments Tuesday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Prospective clients can call to ask about booking into care, and the clinic also provides a midwifery care survey and an introduction to its midwives. Telephone messages are checked at specified times during the week, with messages received outside clinic hours returned on the next business day; the practice is closed on weekends and statutory holidays.

Ocean Grove Midwifery Collective acknowledges that its workplace and community are within the ancestral, traditional, and unceded territory of the Ligwilda’xw people, including the We Wai Kai, Wei Wai Kum, and Kwiakah First Nations.
