開放文化基金會 | Taipei is a non-profit organization that promotes open technology and cross-sector collaboration in Taiwan. Since its establishment in 2014, they have supported over 30 open technology communities and actively participated in policy advocacy for digital rights and transparency. They aim to create a digital citizen society that is open, secure, inclusive, and participatory.

The foundation focuses on five core areas: open source, open data, open government
