## Description

Odense TaeKwonDo Klub is a community-focused martial arts club in Odense, Denmark, led by Grandmaster Jamshid Mazaheri. It welcomes children, young people and adults, supporting physical, mental and social wellbeing while creating a place where beginners and competitive athletes can train together. The club offers instruction in both WT and ITF taekwondo, two styles rooted in Korean martial arts. WT emphasizes competitive sparring and is the style featured at the Olympics, while ITF places greater emphasis on traditional practice and self-defence. Training includes children’s classes for ages 4–12, an adjacent class for parents who want to train while their children practise, and adult sessions for participants aged 12 and above, with activities adapted to age and belt level. Additional sessions include ITF practice, sparring for experienced students, and opportunities for independent training. Newcomers can try two weeks of training. Members also receive access to a 24-hour fitness centre if they are over 14. The club promotes discipline, respect, teamwork and an inclusive atmosphere across ages, backgrounds and abilities.
