## Description

Ogaki Sunflower Field is an annual summer attraction in Hiracho, Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture, organized by the Ogaki Sunflower Field Executive Committee. Established in 1990, the field brings together agriculture, scenic enjoyment, and community activity, making it a seasonal feature of Ogaki. Around 140,000 sunflowers bloom across 3.2 hectares, with viewing periods divided into two stages. Visitors can enjoy the flowers and, from the southern side of the site, see the Tokaido Shinkansen pass nearby.

For 2026, the field is scheduled to open from August 5 to 23, with possible extensions depending on conditions. Visiting hours are 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. A maintenance contribution of 250 yen is requested; children of junior high school age and younger enter free. Free, unpaved parking is available, and drinks and other refreshments are sold. The site also provides visitor information, flower updates, FAQs, and contact services. Personal photography is permitted, while commercial shoots require advance approval. Drone use is prohibited.
