## Description

Omni Helicopters International (OHI) is a provider of vertical air mobility and delivery solutions, with a strong presence in Latin America and a history rooted in Portugal. The company began fighting fires in the 1990s, then expanded its aviation expertise into offshore crew-change and emergency medical services in Brazil. It describes itself as the country’s leading provider in these markets and has since broadened its services into complementary onshore operations, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and advanced air mobility (AAM). OHI also focuses on emerging energy hubs, including Guyana and Mozambique, where it aims to support sustainable energy practices and inclusive socio-economic development. Its modern fleet includes nine helicopter platforms and two types of heavy UAVs, supported by a broad operational network. Safety, operational excellence, innovation, digitalisation, and sustainability are central to its approach. OHI develops air mobility and delivery solutions for customers and highlights its ability to mobilise quickly and adapt its platforms to changing needs.
