Ohio Stands Up is a brand that is dedicated to reclaiming and defending civil liberties in Ohio through legal, educational, and political actions. They are the first state to file a federal lawsuit challenging the governor's entire State of Emergency. As a community-based legal advocacy organization, Ohio Stands Up aims to educate people on the reality of COVID-19 while ensuring that Constitutional rights are respected.

The brand consists of a group of concerned freedom-loving Ohioans who recognize the sacrifices made by previous generations to secure and protect our God-given rights. They believe in holding elected leaders accountable for their actions and fighting against any violation of Constitutional freedoms. Led by a volunteer Board of five courageous Ohioans from diverse backgrounds, Ohio Stands Up makes all legal and financial decisions and leads this new movement.
