Ohio Women's Alliance is a power-building Reproductive Justice organization that aims to transform Ohio into a state where everyone can thrive. They provide programming, resources, and education for women, femmes, gender-expansive folks, and youth throughout the state. Rooted in the principles of Reproductive Justice, Ohio Women's Alliance focuses on creating safe communities, equitable education, holistic healthcare, inclusive and representative democracy, and economic prosperity.

They believe in empowering individuals to make their own decisions for themselves, their families, and their communities. The organization values inclusivity and community partnership, developing their issue platform in collaboration with their membership. To better understand the needs and concerns of the community, they conducted a statewide listening tour, holding focus groups in cities such as Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, Athens, Cleveland, Akron, and Toledo.
