As a franchise network, we currently have 18 locations, all benefitting from our centralized production in Joinville, Santa Catarina. Our story began with Anya, our talented branding chef from Russia, who created her first levain (natural sourdough starter) in 2015. After sharing her homemade bread with family and friends, she quickly gained recognition and opened the first Oh My Bread store in Joinville the following year.

Our success led to the demand for franchise opportunities, and we have since expanded our production and opened more locations. Led by chef Michele Alam, a skilled nutritionist and gastronomy professor, our team of specialized bakers ensures the highest quality of our products.
