## Description

Otto Holzgang is an independent Swiss practitioner whose work combines wildlife biology, environmental expertise, hunting, and hands-on craftsmanship. He holds a doctorate in natural sciences from ETH Zurich and a diploma in environmental sciences, and brings more than 25 years of professional experience to his work. A hunter since 2007, he is committed to wildlife protection and responsible, appropriate use of wildlife. His guiding principle is that good solutions require knowledge of both theory and practice.

Through Projektwerk, Holzgang offers services in wildlife biology. His workshop activities include Drechselwerk, producing useful and decorative objects from locally sourced wood, and Messerwerk, where he makes knives by hand. Together, these areas reflect a practical approach that connects knowledge of nature with careful making. Holzgang runs the business as its owner and managing director, with occasional help from his Beagle in reception and general office duties. For enquiries about his wildlife biology services, turned wooden objects, or handcrafted knives, he can be contacted by email or telephone.
