## Description

Oki Social is a unique brand founded by Desmond Liang and his wife in 2015, dedicated to celebrating the vibrant culture and artistry of Okinawa. Originally starting as an art-focused social event business, their passion evolved into creating high-quality, locally produced artworks and gifts that resonate with both residents and visitors who appreciate the island's rich heritage and natural beauty.

Their signature product, the Okinawa Story Map, marked the beginning of their journey, showcasing the rich stories of the island's community. As Oki Social grew, they committed to supporting local artists by hosting workshops, creating platforms like the Okinawa Creators Fest, and establishing the Ohana Community Shop—Okinawa's 7th community shop and the only kiosk in the Kadena Exchange to highlight local talent.

With a gallery in Naha, Oki Social continues to deliver original art and gifts, ensuring each piece fosters a deeper connection to Okinawa, all while investing back into the local artistic community.
