## Description

The Old Blagues are a recreational rugby club based in Clichy-la-Garenne, in the Hauts-de-Seine, welcoming beginners, returning players and experienced participants of all backgrounds. Founded as a “folklo” team by local rugby enthusiasts, the club has grown into an intergenerational community built around inclusion, commitment and enjoyment of the game. Since 2025, it has competed in the French Federation of Corporate Sport (FFSE) fourth division, with an official schedule, league standings and play-off stages, while keeping its friendly spirit and respect for opponents at the heart of play.

The team trains on Monday evenings from 7:30 to 10:00 p.m. at Stade Racine in Clichy, under the guidance of its coach. Matches take place approximately every two weeks, giving players a chance to develop and enjoy competitive rugby without making results the priority. Newcomers are encouraged to attend a first practice and discover the club’s relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Beyond training and matches, the Old Blagues foster camaraderie through their traditional post-practice social gatherings.
