The Richmond, Vermont Historical Society is a community-based non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the history of Richmond. Founded in 1973, the society's first major initiative was to save the Old Round Church, a National Historic Landmark, from collapse by restoring its decaying roof timbers.
