## Description

Old Southlands Stables is a horse boarding and equine services facility located in Vancouver’s Southlands, next to local trails and within city limits. Its adult-oriented, low-traffic environment welcomes horse owners and riders across disciplines, with a friendly, supportive atmosphere and insured instructors welcome. The stable offers full board, retraining, rehabilitation, retirement care, horse rearing, and location filming.

Facilities and care provisions include large in-and-out stalls, a seasonal one-acre grazing field, a foaling shed with Wi-Fi, and year-round turnout in the riding ring. Wooden fencing supports interaction among horses, while generous bedding and 24-hour access to local first-cut hay are provided. Amenities also include a wash rack, an LED-lit riding ring, a grooming stall, and a washroom. An on-site live-in operator provides attention to horses around the clock.

Operator Melissa Montgomery is a Queen Margaret’s School graduate and welcomes horse people and their equine partners. Old Southlands Stables is at 3425 Celtic Avenue, Vancouver, and operates daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. All boarders must hold valid HCBC membership.
