Old Strathcona Business Association (OSBA) is a brand dedicated to fostering a vibrant business and destination district in Edmonton. Representing the interests of nearly 600 businesses in the Old Strathcona and Whyte Avenue district, OSBA focuses on various priorities voiced by its members. They provide programs and services in the areas of cleanliness, beautification, business support, marketing, advocacy, and mobility.

At the intersection of businesses, local policymakers, non-profit organizations, and the community, OSBA constantly strives to improve the District Whyte experience. The district encompasses four neighborhoods - Garneau, Queen Alexandra, Strathcona, and Ritchie - showcasing a diverse community with a range of businesses, services, arts, and cultural organizations. Some of the core services offered by OSBA include safety initiatives, beautification efforts, a clean team, business attraction, and retention advocacy, place making, marketing, communications, and hosting special events.
