## Description

Old Time Hockey UK is a podcast and storytelling platform celebrating the players, teams, rinks and defining moments of British ice hockey. Created and hosted by Ken Abbott, a Nottingham Panthers supporter with more than four decades of involvement in the sport, the project brings together interviews, archive stories and memories from British hockey’s golden years. Abbott launched the podcast in 2014 and has spoken with many of the players, coaches and personalities who shaped the game.

Visitors can listen to a library of podcast episodes featuring figures such as Trent Kaese, Kenny Macdonald and Wayne Crawford, with episodes organised by league era, including the Heineken League, SuperLeague, British National League and Elite League. The website also features blog articles on historic teams, memorable games, legendary players and much-missed rinks, alongside reviews and opportunities for visitors to leave their own reviews. A store is also available. Together, these offerings invite fans to revisit the stories, rivalries and unforgettable experiences that have made British ice hockey special.
