## Description

Old Tom Capital is a specialist investment firm focused on consolidating and scaling businesses across the global golf ecosystem. It aims to address a market where participation is growing while ownership, infrastructure, and investment remain fragmented. The firm works with established assets and emerging ventures, seeking to professionalize operations, strengthen systems, and support long-term growth.

Its platform brings together five complementary capabilities: venture investing to identify opportunities and provide early access; credit to supply liquidity and support expansion; control investments in operating assets; advisory services for partners and institutions; and studios that develop new intellectual property, products, and platforms. Capital is deployed across venture, credit, and buyout strategies, from seed investments to strategic acquisitions.

Old Tom Capital’s portfolio spans golf, media, hospitality, apparel, and technology. Featured portfolio companies include TMRW Sports, which applies technology to modern sports; Blue Jeans Golf, described as a leader in Golf Lite; and TerraRad, which develops irrigation technology for golf.
