## Description

Ol Istria is Agrolaguna’s extra virgin olive oil brand, rooted in the coastal landscape and longstanding olive-growing tradition of Istria, Croatia. Its groves cover 226 hectares across five locations near the sea, with around 68,000 trees, including some up to 40 years old. The olives are processed at Agrolaguna’s own mill within eight hours of harvest, using cold extraction, then stored in stainless-steel tanks under controlled conditions.

The range includes a balanced, mild blend suited to a variety of dishes, as well as single-variety oils made from Picholine, Pendolino, Leccino, Istarska bjelica, Rošinjola and Črnica olives. Products are available in 250 ml, 500 ml and 750 ml bottles. Ol Istria holds the Istria Protected Designation of Origin certification, which guarantees regional origin and production standards. The brand has earned international recognition, including NYIOOC gold medals and Berlin Global Olive Oil Awards platinum medals, reflecting its focus on quality and consistency.
