## Description

Ommer Bissingh is a summer events programme in Ommen, organised by Stichting Ommer Bissingh Evenementen in collaboration with its partners. Its aim is to offer a lively summer for everyone, bringing residents and visitors together through activities across the town. The programme features a varied calendar of events, including a traditional market, a record fair, an international cultural day, agricultural activities, children’s events, a car-boot sale, a brass band festival and the Ommer Bissingh Run. Music, community participation and family-friendly entertainment are recurring themes.

The organisation’s website provides event dates and details, current news, sponsor information and practical guidance on matters such as parking, accessibility and admission. It also shares opportunities for associations and foundations to take part in selected market days. Apeldoorn 2000 manages registration for the markets and braderies on behalf of Ommer Bissingh. With its broad programme and local partnerships, Ommer Bissingh helps make the summer season in Ommen a shared community experience.
