## Description

Omvika provides approval-based AI automation for Salesforce, CRM, and revenue workflows. Its tools help teams handle routine work faster while keeping people in control of decisions and changes. Omvika can qualify and score inbound leads, route them to sales representatives, propose updates to contact and pipeline records, and prepare follow-up email drafts for review. It also supports pipeline summaries, forecast signals, support triage, and handoffs that trigger downstream tasks as deals progress.

Teams connect Salesforce, email, and other business tools through scoped access, then define each workflow’s triggers, permitted suggestions, and approval requirements. Omvika presents proposed actions with relevant context; users can approve, edit, or reject them before execution. The platform records proposed actions and decisions in an action history, and permissions can be limited to the access each workflow needs. Omvika says it does not train on CRM data or customer records and processes data to carry out approved workflows.

For early customers, Omvika offers pilot support and input into workflow and roadmap priorities.
