With a mission to encourage participants to uncover their inner resilience, On Belay offers adventure programs that provide a supportive environment for children facing the challenges that come with cancer. Through multiple programs and events held throughout the year in New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and the North Shore of Massachusetts, On Belay serves over 150 families across New England.

The organization aims to create a community where children know they are not alone and can still have fun despite the impact of cancer on their lives. By reducing isolation, normalizing the cancer experience, and providing a network of empathetic peers, On Belay helps children develop strength, empowerment, and lasting friendships.
