## Description

OnDeck Partners is an American baseball holding company that works with local communities and Minor League Baseball teams to develop ballpark-centered entertainment hubs. Its community-first approach treats baseball as a way to foster connection and belonging, while investing in more than teams by supporting the places and experiences around them. The company’s portfolio includes the Montgomery Biscuits, a Double-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays playing at Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium in Alabama; the Visalia Rawhide, a Single-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks at Valley Strong Ballpark in California; and the Wilmington Blue Rocks, a Single-A affiliate of the Washington Nationals at Daniel S. Frawley Stadium in Delaware. OnDeck says its work is backed by decades of experience in sports management and operations, and led by CEO Mike Carney, COO Jeff Wilen, and CFO Chirag Mithani. The organization shares company and club news, including portfolio developments and ballpark partnerships, and welcomes inquiries about collaboration and investment opportunities.
