## Description

The “One SNL a Day” Project is a fan-led review series created by Stooge, a longtime Saturday Night Live enthusiast. It explores the show episode by episode, beginning with its first broadcast and proceeding in chronological order. Each review examines individual segments, includes a synopsis credited to Frank Serpas III’s SNL episode guide, and shares the reviewer’s real-time observations. Segments receive ratings from one to five stars, while musical performances are excluded. Reviews are also paired with episode screencaps, giving readers a visual companion to the commentary. The project began on June 27, 2018, with the goal of posting one review each day and following the show through its newest episodes. Stooge concluded his contribution on April 13, 2021, before reaching that goal, but volunteers continued the series through a separate continuation site, The “One SNL a Day” Project 2.0. The site organizes reviews and screencaps by season and offers a random review, archives, and guidance for readers participating in its comments.
