Ones Up is a dedicated community organization in Philadelphia, PA that focuses on serving the youth in low-income communities. Their mission is to address the challenges faced by young people in education, employment, and empowerment. With a career development program rooted in healing, wellness, and social justice, Ones Up aims to build economic mobility in black and brown communities.

Their programming creates spaces for young individuals aged 16-24 to address social justice issues in their community while improving their access to upward mobility. Currently, 1 in 4 young people in the United States are disconnected from employment and educational opportunities, and in Philadelphia, 31% of young people live in poverty. Through their impactful work, Ones Up has engaged 20 young people, served over 20,000 hours of community service, and benefited over 50,000 Philadelphians.
