The Oregon Nonprofit Hospice Alliance (ONHA) is a powerful alliance of independent, nonprofit hospice agencies across Oregon. Established in 2018, ONHA is devoted to providing exceptional end-of-life services through collaboration, innovation, and leadership. ONHA strengthens its members by facilitating peer quality reviews, supporting best practice implementation, and developing supportive care programs.

By leveraging shared efficiencies and economies of scale, ONHA ensures that every dollar spent delivers more care to communities in need. ONHA affiliates have been serving their communities for over 30 years, preserving the original mission and integrity of hospice and palliative care. Together, they cover 142 zip codes across 12 counties, from Northern California to the Oregon/Washington border.

ONHA's ultimate goal is to extend their services to the entire state of Oregon by welcoming additional nonprofit hospices into their alliance.
