# Modo Carrera Online - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `onlinecareermode.com` ## Description Online Career Mode (OCM) is a web app that brings the familiar football career mode experience online, letting friends manage clubs together while playing matches in their preferred football game. Designed for FIFA and EA Sports FC players, OCM provides tools to create or join a league, recruit managers, and build a club over multiple seasons. Each manager receives a randomly assigned team and a budget determined by the league administrator, then competes in a shared live transfer market. Managers bid on players, plan signings around their available funds, and can sell players and track transfers in league history. Matches are played on console. After each game, a manager uploads a screenshot, and the opponent approves the result, scorers, cards, and assists.
