## Description

Onmindo is an email productivity tool that brings tracking and follow-up features directly into Gmail, without requiring a sales platform or CRM. Its Chrome extension shows who opened a message and when, with recipient-level tracking for emails sent to multiple people. It distinguishes delivery from a genuine open and avoids reporting a reader’s location when that information cannot be reliably determined. Users can also see which links recipients clicked and when.

Beyond tracking, Onmindo offers email templates, signatures, scheduled sends, multi-step sequences, and follow-ups for messages that go unanswered or unread. It supports time proposals within emails and lets recipients choose a meeting time through a simple booking page. An AI feature can draft follow-ups from the sender’s side of an email thread; this requires an Anthropic API key, while other features work without one.

Messages are sent from the user’s own Gmail account. Onmindo offers free signup, with no card, invite code, or seat count required.
