## Description

OnScaleAgency is a B2B prospecting company founded by Anthony Vautrelle and registered in New Mexico, United States. It helps established businesses generate leads and reach potential customers through human-led outbound marketing. Rather than relying solely on scraped contact lists, the agency identifies public signals, existing intent, behaviors, and other data to find companies that may need a client’s services. It then uses targeted, customized campaigns, including email outreach and calls, to build awareness and start relevant conversations.

OnScaleAgency’s four-step process covers prospect qualification, outbound outreach, response handling, and sales support. Depending on the services contracted, its team can pass warm responses to clients or manage prospect discussions through to closing. The agency reports booking 10 qualified sales calls in the first seven days of one client engagement, acquiring more than 12 recurring clients over 41 days for that client, and an average cold-outreach conversion rate of 4.7% across clients. Its team includes founder Anthony Vautrelle and sales representative Connor McPhie Dougan.
