## Description

ONSHIN is a community dojo and movement studio in Kraków’s Podgórze district, offering classes for children, teenagers, and adults. Its program brings together Japanese martial arts and mindful fitness, with the aim of supporting a balanced body and calm mind.

Aikido classes introduce students to harmony, balance, concentration, and self-defence in a welcoming setting. Kenjutsu explores the traditional art of the sword, emphasizing discipline, respect, and focus. The studio also offers Pilates to strengthen the body, improve posture, and develop flexibility, alongside yoga practices centered on breathing, awareness, and relaxation. Children can take part in Aikido and yoga sessions designed to combine movement, coordination, and mindfulness with fun.

Classes take place in a quiet, spacious dojo equipped with tatami and suitable for martial arts, Pilates, and yoga. The venue also has a café serving coffee, tea, and healthy snacks. ONSHIN highlights experienced instructors, Japanese tradition, holistic development, and a friendly community. The studio is located at ul. Ludowa 6, and the first Aikido and Kenjutsu classes are free.
