Oober Mama is a Harrogate-based women’s health and fitness business founded by personal trainer and women’s health coach Sam Blakey. Drawing on her experience in postnatal care and pregnancy exercise, Sam offers specialist programmes to help women build strength, restore core function and support their wellbeing through pregnancy and recovery. Services include prenatal Pilates, Pilates, Hypopressives, postnatal recovery, one-to-one personal training and online classes. Oober Mama also provides programmes to prepare for and recover from laparoscopic or abdominal-incision hysterectomies, with support that can benefit women after C-sections.
