## Description

Opale En Folie is an online boutique founded by Yann Pidoux Barutciyan, a self-taught lapidary and jeweller whose work is inspired by Australian opals and gemstones. Fascinated by minerals and precious stones from childhood, Yann began cutting amber in 2016 and later developed his lapidary skills through further training, including a faceting course in Paris in 2022. Today, he creates original jewellery and offers custom-made pieces based on customers’ ideas.

The boutique features Australian opals from Boulder, Coober Pedy and Lightning Ridge, with collections that include blue, white and Boulder opals. Its products include pendants, rings, necklaces, cabochons, faceted stones and mineral specimens. Opale En Folie also works with other semi-precious stones, such as pietersite, quartz and fluorite. Customers can browse themed collections, including OCEAN for blue opals and RACINE for Boulder opals, or contact Yann by email to discuss a bespoke design. The brand shares updates and jewellery through TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
