## Description

The National Plastering Industry's Joint Apprenticeship Trust Fund (NPIJATF) is a Fund established by the Operative Plasterers' and Cement Masons' International Association (OPCMIA). Our mission is to empower disadvantaged youth by fostering self-esteem, confidence, respect for others, and pride through their work. We aim to prepare our students to be active members of society and leaders in the industries we represent.

Located at 9700 Patuxent Woods Drive, Suite 105, Columbia, MD, the NPIJATF offers comprehensive training programs in Cement Masonry and Plastering. With a dedicated Board of Trustees led by Chairman KEVIN D. SEXTON and Executive Director GERALD KRISKOVICH, we provide guidance and support to help individuals kickstart their careers.

If you are aged 16-24 and interested in joining the OPCMIA, apply today to access fully funded training through the Job Corps program. Partnered with various organizations, including Local Unions and Employers Associations, we are committed to shaping a skilled workforce for a prosperous future.
