## Description

Open Hands OT is a Tucson, Arizona, practice led by Siri Garfinkel, OTR/L, an occupational therapist and trained John F. Barnes Myofascial Release therapist. The practice offers gentle, hands-on care for people seeking relief from chronic pain, restricted movement, tension, and pelvic health concerns. Its approach focuses on supporting the release of fascial restrictions while working within each client’s comfort and readiness.

Services include Myofascial Release Therapy for concerns such as hip and low back pain, SI joint pain, headaches, migraines, fibromyalgia, nerve pain, scar tissue, and muscle tension. Prenatal and postnatal sessions support pregnancy-related discomfort, birth preparation, postpartum healing, and recovery following a C-section or difficult birth. Pelvic Floor Therapy takes a whole-body approach and may address pelvic pain, pain with penetration, incontinence, constipation, hip or tailbone pain, and related scar tissue.

Inspired by her own experiences with pain, pregnancy, birth injury, and postpartum recovery, Garfinkel aims to help clients feel more comfortable in their bodies and return to activities they value.
