## Description

The Reckoning Project is a groundbreaking initiative aimed at holding Russian officials accountable for their actions during the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. By harnessing the collaborative power of journalists and lawyers, the project focuses on gathering and presenting evidence of war crimes in real-time, ensuring that the truth behind atrocities is documented and broadcasted in the court of public opinion. Offering a unique blend of investigation and legal expertise, the organization trains Ukrainian reporters in international human rights law to collect testimonies from victims on the ground.

This innovative approach seeks not only to highlight the heinous acts committed but also to craft legal cases against those responsible, disrupting the climate of impunity. As the world watches the devastating effects of the conflict, The Reckoning Project embodies a commitment to justice and accountability—working tirelessly to challenge those in power and ensure that their actions do not go unpunished. With an emphasis on truth, transparency, and the rule of law, The Reckoning Project is redefining the narrative around accountability in modern warfare.
